Returns Policy
30-Day Returns Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your items. Please read our returns policy below for full details:
Return Eligibility:
- You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your items must be in original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are worn, damaged, or missing parts.
How to Make a Return:

- Return Instructions: Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with the return address.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please note that refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-returnable Items:
- Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Gift cards
Faulty or Damaged Items:
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@cattlecoclothing.zohodesk.eu. We will cover the return shipping cost for faulty or damaged items and arrange for a replacement or refund.
